A Newcastle Google Partner With London and Teesside Offices
Visionary Marketing’s main office is at City Quadrant, 11 Waterloo St, in Newcastle upon Tyne. It also lists addresses on City Road in London and Victoria Road in Middlesbrough. Founder Chris Coussons has more than 15 years in performance marketing, including private healthcare. The agency is a Google Partner.
Search, Performance Max and Offline Conversion Uploads
The healthcare PPC service covers Google Search ads, Performance Max, local campaigns with radius bidding, call tracking, remarketing, and ad policy management with disapproval appeals. Bing Ads also sits in the menu. Offline conversions are uploaded from practice systems, and the page names Dentally, Software of Excellence, Cliniko, Pabau, Carestack and Practice Plan.
The agency says it works within Google’s healthcare and medicines policy, GMC marketing guidance, ASA and GDC rules, and UK GDPR for patient data.
Implant Consultations, IVF Bookings and Online Pharmacy Costs
Client types include implants, Invisalign, plastic surgery and IVF; specialist private care such as cardiology, oncology and dermatology; online pharmacies and telehealth; and allied health like physio, chiropractic and audiology.
For a cosmetic dental group in Surrey and Hampshire, Visionary says cost per booked implant consultation fell from £680 to £215 and monthly treatment closes rose from 4 to 14. A private fertility clinic in London saw click-through rate rise from 2.1% to 4.4% and booked consultations rise 185% over 8 months, with cost per consult down from £420 to £165. An online pharmacy cut new-customer acquisition cost from £42 to £18 over six months on flat spend.
Across its healthcare accounts, Visionary says it averages 9 times return on ad spend, typically cuts cost per patient by 40% in the first 90 days, and keeps first-submission ad disapprovals under 5%. A separate dental implant clinic logged 185 qualified enquiries in 90 days.
£850 Management Fees and 30-Day Terms
Management starts at £850 per month or 10% of ad spend, with a £1,000 monthly minimum spend. Performance-based or hybrid terms are offered to established providers. There is no long-term contract; the FAQ describes 30-day rolling terms.
