Independence
Medigencies decides what to publish without input from the agencies we cover. Agencies may supply information through our listing and correction forms, but they do not review, approve or edit profiles before publication. Commercial relationships, if any, are disclosed and never affect directory order, profile content or reviews.
Sourcing Standards
- Agency facts come from the agency’s own website first. Where we rely on another source, such as a business directory, we treat it as less certain and say so or leave the fact out.
- Claims about results are attributed to the agency, for example “the agency reports”.
- Guides that discuss laws, regulations or platform policies are checked against official sources such as HHS and its Office for Civil Rights, the FTC, the FDA, licensing boards and the advertising platforms’ own policy pages.
- We do not publish invented statistics, testimonials, prices or quotes.
Use of AI Tools
We use software, including AI tools, to help find agencies, collect public information and draft text. AI output is never published as fact without checking it against the source page. Our editors are responsible for everything we publish.
Health, Legal and Financial Topics
Healthcare marketing touches patient privacy, advertising law and professional licensing rules. Our guides explain these topics in plain language to help buyers ask better questions. They are not legal advice. Rules differ by country, state and profession and change over time, so confirm decisions with qualified counsel, your privacy officer or your licensing board.
Corrections
When we get something wrong, we fix it. Report errors through our corrections form with a link that confirms the right information. Substantive corrections are made promptly and the profile’s verification date is updated. We do not remove accurate information because an agency would prefer it gone.
Updates
Each agency profile shows the date it was last verified. Guides show the date they were last updated. We aim to review every profile at least once a year and update guides when the rules they describe change.
