Review Guidelines

What we publish, what we remove, and how we keep reviews of healthcare marketing agencies useful and honest.

Reviews help healthcare buyers learn what an agency is like to work with. To keep them trustworthy, every review is read by a person before it appears.

Who Can Review

  • Current or former clients of the agency.
  • People who received a proposal or went through a sales process with the agency.
  • You must not review your own agency, a competitor, or an agency you have a financial relationship with.

What We Publish

  • First-hand experience: what the agency handled, how communication and reporting worked, and what results you saw.
  • Balanced criticism, stated as your experience.
  • Reviews of at least a few sentences that would help another buyer.

What We Remove

  • Patient information of any kind. Never include patient names, conditions or details that could identify someone.
  • Fake, paid or incentivized reviews, and reviews posted on someone else’s behalf.
  • Reviews written by an agency about itself or its competitors.
  • Personal attacks, discrimination, threats or profanity.
  • Confidential business information, such as contract values you are not allowed to share.

Ratings

Star ratings on profiles are calculated only from approved user reviews. Medigencies does not add its own scores. Agencies cannot pay to remove or edit reviews, but they can contact us if they believe a review breaks these guidelines.
