A Silicon Valley Company Pairing Marketing With Practice Software

PatientGain lists its contact address at 105 Fremont Avenue in Los Altos, California. It sells a managed marketing service called Platinum together with its own software: a HIPAA-focused website hosted on Google Cloud, a marketing CRM, secure two-way texting and intake forms. Its clients are medical and dental practices, and the pain management page is one of its most detailed.

SEO, Lead Capture and Secure Texting in the Platinum Plan

Platinum covers SEO, Google Business Profile management, lead capture, a shared messaging inbox, review tools, newsletters and analytics dashboards. An AI agent called Intelli*Connect answers questions around the clock and drafts replies that staff can approve or send automatically. Social posting and local directory work are also included.

The company says it signs a full BAA covering both service and software, keeps audit trails, and can store patient consent records for up to six years.

Lead Counts From Texas and East Coast Pain Clinics

The pain page is written for interventional, non-interventional, integrative, regenerative and chiropractic-style practices. It uses a Houston and Sugar Land clinic, Modern Pain Management, as an SEO example. For a five-location, 16-provider practice in the eastern US, it reports 1,402 leads in March, or 1,094 after removing duplicates, sales calls and existing patients. A two-location Texas clinic that has used Platinum for more than five years reported 947 leads in January, 739 of them counted as effective, at a $27 patient acquisition cost, without running ads for three years.

Published Tiers From $500 a Month

Pricing is listed by tier. Starter plans run $500 to $1,200 a month, Platinum starts at $1,699, growth plans run $1,699 to $2,499, and multi-location plans run $4,000 to $8,000 or more. Ad spend, if used, is extra. Platinum-Plus has no setup fee when signed on a 12-month contract. Practices comparing tiers can ask which features are left out of the starter plans.

Questions Before a Pain Group Moves to a Bundled Platform

  • Can we export our patient messages, leads and website if we leave after the 12 months?
  • Which tasks does your team handle each month, and which are left to our staff?
  • Who manages Google Ads if we add a budget, and is there a separate fee?
  • How do you define an effective lead in the monthly report?
