MediGrow is a healthcare marketing agency with its main office in the Royal Palm Business Center at Oud Metha Tower in Dubai. It was co-founded by Dr. Aditi Pagare, a practising doctor in the UAE, and Vinay Pagare, a growth strategist. The about page says it was started after Dr. Pagare saw capable clinics struggle to attract patients online.

The agency says it is built exclusively for healthcare, employs more than 40 specialists and serves over 100 healthcare clients across the UAE and GCC.

Personal Branding for Doctors, Podcasts and TikTok Ads

Services are organized into tracks for clinics and for doctors. They include social media marketing, personal branding for doctors, clinic and doctor websites, search engine optimization, and paid ads on Meta and Google. Value-added services include photography and videography, a podcast package, YouTube management, TikTok ads management and website maintenance.

MediGrow also offers a clinic CRM through a separate product, MediGrow.app.

The website service covers clinic websites and doctor websites, with maintenance and domain management offered as add-ons. The social media service is aimed at patient acquisition and personal branding, using creatives, reels and other short video content produced in-house.

SwissMed, Dentistree and Instagram Enquiries Tripled

Client logos and testimonials include SwissMed Clinic, Dentistree Dental Clinic, Dr. Disha Dinakar, Dr. Neha Lalla, Dr. Philippe Chanavaz, Juvina Bioscience and a stem cell therapy clinic, which points to dental, aesthetic and wellness work. Testimonials describe three times more enquiries from Instagram and bookings doubling within three months.

The agency reports an average threefold increase in patient enquiries, more than one million patient impressions and a 95% client retention rate. Its portfolio pages group website, social media and case study work but do not name clients or give figures. The site says it is compliant with UAE healthcare advertising standards without naming a regulator.
