Gurugram Healthcare Agency Grown From a Two-Person Studio
Branding Pioneers is a healthcare-only marketing agency headquartered at SupremeWork in Sector 32, Gurugram. It was founded in 2016 as a two-person studio by Nishu Sharma, now CEO, and Arush Thapar, and now reports a team of more than 80 specialists. It also lists an office in La Mesa, California.
The agency says it has worked with more than 350 healthcare brands across 40 specialties. Its industry pages cover hospitals, IVF and fertility, dental, aesthetics, mental health and medical tourism, and a separate team handles B2B healthcare marketing.
Physician Personal Branding, Booking Automation and Search Ads
Its solutions menu lists Branding, Healthcare SEO, Performance media, Social media, AI and automation, Direct marketing, Web and product, and PR and influence. Named offerings include Local SEO and Google Maps, Google Search Ads for Doctors, Automated Appointment Booking, Virtual Consultation Booking, Physician Personal Branding and an NMC Compliance Audit for India.
The team includes video producers and the site links a video production portfolio. The agency also offers its own MedAppz and WaCRS products, including an AI receptionist on the Hospital tier.
Raj Hospitals, Max@Home and Indraprastha Apollo Case Work
Case studies linked from the homepage include Raj Hospitals, Max@Home and Indraprastha Apollo, though the homepage says client performance data is shared only where permission allows. Testimonials on the About page include a Lucknow hospital citing 2.3 million Google impressions, an oncologist reporting top 10 rankings for specialist searches, and a plastic surgery group reporting YouTube growth from 200 to more than 2,000 subscribers in a year without paid ads. These are client statements published by the agency.
Practice, Hospital and Enterprise Tiers With Minimum Terms
Pricing is public. The Practice tier starts at ₹50,000 a month in India or $1,500 elsewhere, with a three-month minimum. The Hospital tier starts at ₹1,50,000 or $5,000 a month with a six-month minimum. Enterprise is custom with a 12-month minimum. Ad spend and third-party software are billed separately, and the agency says there is no lock-in after the minimum term. The contact page states DPDP and GDPR alignment and a BAA on request.
