Collective Measures is a Minneapolis media agency at 100 South 5th Street, founded in 2005. It is 100% employee-owned and says it has been named a Best Place to Work 24 times. The agency describes its approach as full-funnel connections strategy combined with advanced analytics, and it works across retail, technology, consumer and health brands. Its team leans on data, using audience signals and measurement to decide where budget goes across channels.
Signals, Planning and Activation Across Paid Channels
Its services are organized into Signals and Insights, Strategy and Planning, Activation and Expression, Measurement and Optimization, and CM Creative Studio. In practice that covers media planning and buying across social, connected TV, display and search, plus influencer content and creative production. The agency publishes a separate paid social case study for Honeywell, and it was named a 2026 Search Engine Land Awards finalist for an enterprise SEO program for Room & Board.
A 75th Anniversary Campaign for a Device Maker
For Medtronic’s 75th anniversary, Collective Measures ran a campaign called What If of 150, exploring how AI-driven healthcare technology could help people live longer, healthier lives. The audience was consumers who value innovation, technology and wellness but often feel distant from healthcare brands. The campaign ran from February through April across social, connected TV, display, influencer content and custom New York Times activations.
The agency reports a 3.5% increase in social media mentions and a 7% lift in impressions, and the campaign was named a finalist in the Pharma, Health and Wellness category of the OMMA Awards. For a device or health brand, the case shows the agency can plan social as one part of a larger consumer awareness push.
Collective Measures does not publish fees or contract terms. Health brands can ask whether planning and buying are billed as a percentage of media, a retainer or project fees, and how creative studio work is priced.
