The Self-Described First Fertility-Only Marketing Firm
Fertility Bridge is a marketing firm that works only in the fertility field and has served clients since 2014. The team works remotely. The company also runs Inside Reproductive Health, a podcast and content platform hosted by Griffin Jones, and produces industry reports such as practice ownership lists and IVF cycle volumes by lab.
The Four-Stage Fertility Marketing System
The core offer is the Fertility Marketing System, a four-stage process: Goal and Competitive Diagnostic, Fertility Marketing Blueprint, Marketing Execution and Continuous Improvement. Service areas include creative content, digital media, branding, sales and customer service coaching, and marketing automation.
Clients choose one of three models:
- Execution: Fertility Bridge carries out the plan
- Advisory: clinic staff work with a senior digital strategist or creative team
- Oversight: the in-house team is held to deadlines in the firm’s project system
Training modules cover paid media, social media, physician liaison outreach, call center welcome sequences, post-consult follow-up and cancellation reduction.
IVF Launches, Volume Recoup and Third Party Development
Project types include new patient acquisition, volume recoup, practice image, conversion to treatment, third party development, B2B, go-to-market launches for new IVF centers and physician-specific needs. Fertility Bridge serves academic clinics, one to four doctor clinics and practices with five or more doctors. Their top fertility clients include Northwell Health, New Hope Fertility and Buffalo IVF.
Three-to-Nine-Month Phases and an ACH Discount
Work is sold by project, usually one phase of three to nine months, with six months typical. The diagnostic and blueprint come first. Projects are paid in one to three installments, and clinics paying by ACH from a business account get a 5% discount. Higher-need clients can move to an annual term billed monthly.
