What We Do

- Check facts at the source: services, specialties, pricing, contract terms and privacy statements come from each agency’s own pages, with the date we checked.
- Write balanced profiles: every profile lists strengths and things a buyer should check, so no listing reads like an advertisement.
- Publish moderated reviews: people who hired an agency, or received a proposal, can review it. A person reads every review before it appears.
- Explain the rules: our specialty and service guides cover the privacy, advertising and licensing rules that shape healthcare marketing, with links to official guidance where it matters.
Our Editorial Team
Profiles and guides are researched, written and fact-checked by the Medigencies editorial team. Our process uses software tools, including AI, to collect and organize public information. Every fact on a published profile is checked against the agency page it came from, and every guide on compliance topics is checked against official sources such as HHS, the FTC and the advertising platforms’ own policy pages.
We are not a law firm, a medical provider or a marketing agency, and we do not sell marketing services. Nothing on this site is legal, medical or compliance advice.
Independence
Agencies cannot pay to rank higher, to change what a profile says about them, or to remove fair reviews. If we ever run sponsored placements, they will be labeled as sponsored wherever they appear.
